Yesterday morning, I received an email from Heather that said, “Why did Ben post Relief Recommends Wednesday when it is Thursday?”  It was of course, Tuesday.  Clearly our new blog schedule will be hindered by our inability to tell what day it is.  Or maybe we’ll just be EDGY and call the days whatever we want.  Ha!

Apparently someone’s been saying nice things about us…

BBQing with a Blogger

We had the opportunity to drag Relief blogger Derek Joseph to church and then back to Alan and Heather’s for a BBQ over Memorial Day weekend.  It rained but Alan still cooked some wonderful burgers on his brand new grill under an umbrella. We did get to enjoy the patio furniture later in the afternoon.  Derek and his wife are in the process of moving to Indianapolis, so we fit as much conversation as we could into his visit while he’s still got one foot in Chicagoland.
