I still don’t fully understand it even now. We’ve had our very own ‘series of unfortunate events’ and God has taken us to the story of Job. We have discovered that it is not the ending, but the journey that has so much meaning for us. What follows is my awakening to the role of God in this story. Previous Articles: Don Beireis, who is currently in transition from twelve years in the banking industry, is a musician, a writer, and a “recovering legalist” who has spent most of his life in church. An avid reader, his desire to write stems from what he sees as “a growing need to translate theological knowledge into inspiring life application.”
