Sorry about the long time with no news, friends, but we've been crazy busy. Last week we shipped out most of the first print run of Relief, which should be hitting your doorsteps very very soon. For those of you who are just now ordering, don't worry, we've still got plenty, so go ahead and order away!
We also finished up the Ankeny Briefcase this last week, which is now off to the printer. We should still be on schedule to ship on December 1, but Jordan Green is planning some neat things for the first 200 issues, including signings by some of the authors. You can pre-order yours by clicking on the cover preview or by going on over to ankenybriefcase.com.Update: Relief Expressions, our Official Store, is now up! International folks can now order!!! All transactions, including sign up and checkout, are over a secure server. We are still using PayPal for secure transfer of funds. We take all the necessary steps to keep your personal information safe, including using high quality encryption in the store.In the first issue of Relief, we announced a genre anthology called Coach's Midnight Diner, due out next year. We'll be releasing more details about that soon, and submissions will be taken online for that starting December 1st. Update: Okay, so I got a little behind. Submissions are open as of December 15th.The Relief Online Writers Network is also in the wings. Now that the first issue is out and Ankeny is finished up, Coach can turn his attention back to the web side of the world and get cracking on these other projects.Just a quick news flash- stay tuned for more fun!
