Hi,

If you get a chance pls chk out my blog on www.freewebs.com/pamthepoetess. Perhaps others of you have had similar experiences with family or yourself? Also, some poetry on the Mental Health Awareness page. I and my daughter are survivors of childhood abuse. The Lord has given us the strength to persevere. I need your prayers as I am pretty much well now, but my daughter, 28, continues to struggle and it is exhausting. Thanks.

If you have any comments or thoughts on our broken Mental Health System, pls vent.

Alot of biblical characters had troubles with depression, etc., unfortunately, it is part of the human condition. God teaches alot about rest, eating right, etc. in His Word.

Falling snow is having its way,
giving its rendition to this day,
repossesing landscapes bare,
brushing tiny stars into the air.

From antiquity this bright white light
has draped many a long winter's night,
and once the angels even rose
above a babe in sweet repose.

So as a freshness covers the ground
listen intently for a muted sound
within the crystals dropped from on high,
wings flutter soft as a baby's sigh.

The other day I saw on CBS news that quite alot of the BIG Christian Evangelical leaders with the BIG Christian churches are going to be investigated re the spending of their money. I said to myself "Oh no, here we go again." I was remembering The PTL Club and Jimmy Swaggert. I hope that they don't find wrongdoing, but perhaps they may. Do you any of you have thoughts or opinions about this?
