So, what, you're looking for mags that are looking for low quality? Just kidding. Not many of us out there. Image Journal is the old dog of the bunch, and Ruminate hit the market about the same time we did. There's Relevant, but it's not what one might call literary--more along the lines of Rolling Stone for Christians. Everybody else, well, it's a tough market, unless you want to Be a Better You or find a Purpose Driven Life. e.e. cummings stated rather well that running literary magazine is like sucking your head through a straw --you gotta love it, because it's not going to make you rich. There's also 3-1-6, but he wants more theological essay. Luci Shaw is an editor over at Radix, but they seem to be more commentary on culture rather than literary.
